I wanted to see change in the way fitness was pitched to women. It&amp;#8217;s been an incredible year where I&amp;#8217;ve learned so much and connected with so many amazing chicas. I&amp;#8217;m so passionate about the message of Spikes &amp;amp; Heels and I feel a real sense of responsibility to any woman who&amp;#8217;s ever been inspired by my journey. Thank you so much to all of you who read it. Together, we&amp;#8217;re creating change. We&amp;#8217;re showing that women&amp;#8217;s fitness isn&amp;#8217;t all pink and fluffy and about weight loss. It&amp;#8217;s about ultra marathons and boxing and cycling 130km through the Alps.
